What you need to know: 

• Free on-site parking is available for seminar attendees. Upon arriving at the venue, there are signs in the parking lot and at the front desk about paying for parking. To get free parking, scan the QR code on the sign and enter code: RENTN.
• Please note that meeting rooms are often on the cooler side, so we strongly recommend that you bring a jacket or sweater if you are sensitive to cooler temperatures.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited in hotel rooms and public areas throughout the venue.
• While public Wi-Fi will be available, we strongly suggest that you download the complete seminar materials prior to attending.
