In Oklahoma City, complimentary parking is available in the upper main parking lot, which extends along the north and west ends of the museum. Overflow parking is available in the lower lot located down the street on the east side of the museum.  Complimentary shuttles will be available to transport you between the overflow lot and the museum only.  Please refer to the site map for parking locations.

In Tulsa, free on-site parking is available for seminar attendees in the paid parking lot. Upon arriving at the venue, you will notice signs in the parking lot and at the front desk notifying you that the venue now charges for parking.  To get free parking, you must scan the QR code on the sign and enter code: RENTN.  Please refer to the site map for parking locations.

Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in for the morning session begins at 7:30am.  Check-in for the afternoon session begins at 1:00pm.

No, but we have provided a 90-minute break between the morning and afternoon sessions to allow time for all-day attendees to leave the venue for lunch.

In Oklahoma City, the Museum Café will be open during the lunch break.  In anticipation of the expected rush – and because seating in the café area is limited – we have asked café management once again to set up a grab-and-go station for those who wish to purchase a boxed meal and take it back into the meeting room during the break.

In Tulsa, the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center’s on-site restaurant is not open during lunch. However, there are many restaurants nearby.

Yes.  Please check in at the seminar check-in desk or use the QR code provided near the desk so that we have an accurate headcount.
